This changed in 2017, after learning that most of these cakes are commercially churned prioritizing low production cost over anything else, prepared day/s before consumption, in a dark factory set-up and are distributed across various franchise outlets across the city.
Compelled to find ways to craft fresh, premium and healthier cakes, and making them available for customization, we set-up a live kitchen in Kharghar, and named it Succulence.
