Specializing in custom artistic cakes for all occasions, Fab's sinful delights also has an array of freshly made varieties of breads, pastries, cupcakes, truffles, croissants, macarons and donuts. Every item is prepared from scratch and handcrafted by our executive pastry chef and his team. “We only use fresh, high quality ingredients. Organic and imported ingredients are also used whenever possible. It's essential that we offer something for everyone, including delicious options of sandwiches, quiches and our signature croissants”
Signature Collection
Fab's Signature includes FONDANT CAKES which is also the inspiration behind its name and inception. Fondant is a specialized playdough-like Sugar paste / icing which can be rolled and draped over a sculpted cake to give it a designer shape and texture. These cakes can be put in fridge and can remain fresh for days which is an important characteristic.

FAB is the creation of food enthusiasts Ms Nidhi Verma and Mr Raag Verma who have been associated with leading Luxury 5 Star Hotel Brands for nearly two decades and of India’s leading Celebrity Pastry Chef Avijit Ghosh who has been baking for decades and has been the Brand Ambassador for various imported Chocolate Brands and is also on advisory board of renowned Bakery schools in India and abroad. All of them have been an integral part of the Leadership team of Leela and Kempinski Hotels and Resorts.
